How it works

From approved knowledge to demonstrated readiness

Six stages. At every one where content is decided, a person decides it.

  1. Bring approved knowledge
  2. Build structured learning
  3. Review and publish
  4. Assess understanding
  5. Practice with AI personas
  6. Measure readiness
  1. Bring approved knowledge

    What happens
Policies, procedures, product documentation, sales guides, support content, presentations, release notes, and existing course material become the foundation.
    Who controls it
The organization chooses what counts as approved. Nothing outside that material grounds the training.
    Why it matters
Training built from the company's own standard is training the company can stand behind.
  2. Build structured learning

    What happens
Knowledge is organized into courses and modules with learning objectives, summaries, lesson content, and role-specific paths. AI assists the drafting.
    Who controls it
Administrators and subject-matter experts shape the drafts. AI accelerates creation; it does not decide the content.
    Why it matters
Concise, role-based modules are easier to keep current than one monolithic course.
  3. Review and publish

    What happens
Every module, assessment, and persona is reviewed and edited before a learner sees it. Then it is published to the tenant's branded workspace.
    Who controls it
A person publishes. The organization decides what learners receive.
    Why it matters
Human review is the control that keeps AI-assisted drafting accountable to the standard.
  4. Assess understanding

    What happens
Knowledge assessments are grounded in the saved modules, with passing requirements and retakes so learners have a path to mastery.
    Who controls it
Administrators set the passing bar and retake rules. Results are structured and reviewable.
    Why it matters
A knowledge assessment answers “did they understand it?” instead of “did they click through it?”
  5. Practice with AI personas

    What happens
Learners hold a Persona Call: a dynamic conversation with a configured customer, prospect, employee, or stakeholder who asks follow-ups and raises objections.
    Who controls it
Administrators configure the persona's role, tone, directness, and difficulty, and the evaluation criteria.
    Why it matters
An applied Persona Call assessment answers “can they use it in a realistic situation?”
  6. Measure readiness

    What happens
Completion, assessment outcomes, and Persona Call evaluations come together in one view of who is ready and who needs coaching.
    Who controls it
Administrators and managers see progress by learner and group and act on it.
    Why it matters
Readiness, not completion, is the outcome the business actually needs.

Human oversight

AI accelerates creation. The organization decides what learners receive.

Learn-It drafts from approved material and runs the practice conversation. Administrators and subject-matter experts review, edit, and publish. The standard stays with the organization.

Two kinds of assessment

Understanding and application are different questions

Learn-It asks both.

Knowledge assessment

“Did they understand it?”

Questions grounded in the saved course modules, with passing requirements, structured results, and retakes. Confirms the learner absorbed the approved material.

Applied Persona Call assessment

“Can they apply it?”

A dynamic conversation with an AI persona that responds to the learner's own answers. The full interaction is evaluated against the course material to show whether the learner can explain, respond, and apply it in a realistic situation.
